Art Sale to Support Theatre III
and Pancreatic Cancer Research

Theatre III will host a one-time only art sale fund raiser on December 3 and 4, 10:00-3:00.  The sale will take place in the lower lobby of Theatre III, 250 Central Street, West Acton (next to the fire station).

All work for sale will be photographs taken by Shirl Passman, who was President of Theatre III for 10 years and was active on stage, backstage and behind the scenes in many capacities.  Shirl earned a degree in photography from the New Hampshire School of Art and became a professional photographer, specializing in fine art and portraiture.  She was honored as a Master Photographer by the Professional Photographers of America in January, 2014.  She won numerous prizes for her work at PPA regional and national competitions, including the Fuji Film Master Award.  Unfortunately, she lost her battle with pancreatic cancer in 2014.

Among the works available for sale will be landscapes, still lifes, and abstracts.  Shirl took photographs wherever she traveled, including California, Washington, New England and Antarctica.  There will be a wide variety of works available in all sizes, from 5x8 to 30x36.  All photos are matted, signed and many are framed.  Prices will range from $10 to $100.  You will find photos to use as home décor, gifts or just to remind you of a place you, too, have visited.  Shirl’s work can be previewed at www.imagerybyshirl.com.  (Please note:  not all images are available and the price list is no longer current.)

Theatre III and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network will share 100% of all proceeds from this sale.
